Payment Policy
At Swift CIPC, we strive to make business administration simple, efficient, and transparent. Our general payment model allows clients to pay only after services are completed. However, certain services require upfront payments to regulatory bodies (such as CIPC) for processing to begin.
To accommodate this, we offer two convenient options:
You can choose to pay the required fees directly to CIPC (e.g., R175 for company registration).
Swift CIPC will handle all the administrative work, and you will only pay our service fee upon successful completion.
You can opt to pay Swift CIPC both our service fee and the CIPC fee upfront.
We will take care of making payments to CIPC on your behalf, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
In every case, we will clearly communicate any fees required upfront and explain why they are necessary.
We are committed to transparency and will guide you through the process to ensure your satisfaction.
This approach ensures that you have flexibility and control over your payments while benefiting from our expert services.
Clients may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
Service Not Completed: If we are unable to complete the service within the agreed timeframe or for any reason beyond your control.
Incorrect Service Delivery: If the service provided is not what was agreed upon or contains errors caused by Swift CIPC.
Regulatory Rejections: If CIPC or any other regulatory body rejects the submission due to an error on our part.
If the service was completed as agreed, but the client decides to cancel or no longer requires the service.
If delays are caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
Fees paid directly to CIPC or other regulatory bodies are non-refundable.
Clients should contact us within 7 business days of identifying the issue.
Our team will assess the case and, if eligible, process the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used by the client.
We value our clients and will always strive to resolve any issues promptly. Transparency and fairness are at the core of our services.
